The Sponge Spa car wash in Fort Myers celebrated local Veterans by giving them free $20 car washes. Two other locations in the area participated along with two locations in Janesville Wisconsin.
The manager of operations, George Sisti told FOX 4 he's "happy to dedicate today to give back to Veterans." He also said "this free car wash can't compare to all they've done for our country."
The car wash lasted from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, and more than 100 veterans came to get their free car wash.
Veteran Roger Brownell says he's "always pleased to see men and women being able to get something back from their country."
The right lane of Sponge Spa Car Wash was dedicated to Veterans only.
The manager, George, is looking to dedicate next Veteran's Day to giving back to the soldiers again.
