FORT MYERS, Fla. — A Fort Myers Police Officer is recovering after a car crash.
The incident happened Tuesday night at the intersection of Colonial Boulevard and Winkler Avenue.
Police say the officer was responding to with emergency lights and a siren and was hit by another car.
The officer and the other driver were treated at the hospital for minor injuries.
