Fort Myers Police donate to Pace Center for girls

FORT MYERS, Fla. — At-risk girls in Southwest Florida will have even more help to build a better future after a generous donation.

The Fort Myers Police Department presented a check for $13,000 to the Pace Center for Girls of Lee County.

Chief Derrick Diggs handed over an oversized check to the director of the non-profit.

Pace gives education, counseling, and advocacy for girls in Southwest Florida.
