FORT MYERS, Fla. — Kenneth Christian Javi Garcia, 24, has been sentenced to six years in federal prison for distribution of child pornography.
This case was investigated by the FBI Innocent Images Task Force, which includes law enforcement from the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the Sarasota Police Department, and the Bradenton Police Department.
Javi Garcia pled guilty in September 2018.
An investigation revealed Javi Garcia downloaded approximately 200 files containing depictions of child pornography.
In 2017 a search warrant was executed, and his computer was seized. After further forensic analysis of the computer, investigators found approximately 450 videos of child pornography created between the dates of February 2016 and October 2017.
