CAPE CORAL, Fla.-- Starting Friday, March 1st, 2019, you can get early bird season passes to Sunsplash. For the first time, during the 2019 season, the water park will sell alcohol.
The water park will sell beer, wine, and wine smoothies. There's a two drink maximum per person. The City of Cape Coral will only sell alcohol for one year, as a trial. Then the council will decide to end or extend the sale of alcoholic beverages.
The water park opens on weekends beginning March 9th, 2019. Sunsplash will open the entire week of March 15, 2019- March 24, 2019 for Lee County's spring break. The summer 7-days-a-week hours go into effect May 31, 2019.
