COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol has released the name of a man who died in a car crash on Radio Road.
Deputies say, Lazaro Venegas, 45 was driving a Ford Mustang and was traveling at a high rate of speed when he failed to slow down.
Venegas hit the driver in front of him. The hit caused Venegas vehicle to veer off the road and slam into a palm tree and overturn.
Venegas was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The injuries of the other drivers is uknown.
