Disaster Recovery Center in Naples closes Saturday

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- Time is almost running out for those in Naples to get in-person support for disaster recovery due to Hurricane Irma.

The Disaster Recovery Center located in Golden Gate Community Center (4701 Golden Gate Parkway) will be closing for good at 7 p.m. Saturday.

Survivors still needing help may visit any DRC that is still open.  DRCs may be located by calling the FEMA Helpline at 800-621-3362 (Voice, 711 or VS) or 800-462-7585 (TTY). Helpline numbers are open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week.

A DRC locator can also be found at www.fema.gov/disasterrecovery-centers or by using the FEMA App.

Friday is the last day for survivors of Hurricane Irma to register for FEMA assistance.
