A man was arrested for allegedly kidnapping a patient at Lehigh Regional Medical Center, Saturday, according to the Lee County Sheriff's Office.
The suspect, 29-year-old Joshua Tribble, entered the emergency room, forcibly grabbed a patient and demanded him to leave the hospital, according to LCSO.
Both Tribble and the patient left the hospital and engaged in an altercation in the parking lot.
According to LCSO, Tribble punched the patient several times and pointed an object at him before they both left the scene in a red Chevrolet Avalanche.
Both subjects were later located during a traffic stop.
A further investigation revealed that the victim and Tribble are roommates.
According to LCSO, Tribble was upset that his roommate called into work sick and went to the hospital. Tribble forcibly took his roommate from the hospital, drove back to their residence, and demanded a check from him. Tribble took the check from his roommate and forced him back into the vehicle a second time.
Tribble was arrested and face Kidnapping, Robbery and Battery charges.
He remains at the Lee County Jail Center with no bond.
