COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Collier County Sheriff’s Office detectives are seeking information about a shooting that left a man injured in the early morning hours of Feb. 17 in Golden Gate Estates.
Just after 4 a.m., shots were fired into a residence in the area of 52nd Ave. N.E. and Everglades Blvd.
A man inside the home was struck and transported to a local hospital. He was later released.
Detectives believe this was an isolated incident and the community at large is not in danger.
This is an ongoing investigation.
