COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — Collier County is taking a step back in time, sharing a photo in light of National Bootlegger's Day.
The photo shows Collier County Sheriff Lewis J. Thorp following a moonshine raid back in the Prohibition Days.
Sheriff Thorp served as sheriff for Collier County from 1928 until he died in 1954.
