The Center of Disease Control and Prevention has finished collecting ground water samples.
The City of Fort Myers says it's relying on the State Department of Environmental Protection to coordinate the testing.
The city has been working to make sure the whole block is decontaminated. This must come before moving forward with plans for a storm water management area, a park, and residential development.
