Charges filed in crash that killed Lehigh Acres family in October

LEE COUNTY, Fla., -- Troopers have just announced an arrest in an October 2018 fatal crash in Lehigh Acres in which a four-year-old was killed.

Investigators say that on October 18th, 33-year-old Olivia Kohut was driving a pickup truck on East 14th Street and pulled out onto North Avenue and hit a northbound car.

All three people in the car were killed. They were 51-year-old Chester Baker, 47-year-old Dawn Baker, and their 4-year-old-son Jamison Baker.

The Bakers were administrators at Temple Christian School in North Fort Myers.

Kohut was arrested on February 21st and is now facing three counts of felony vehicular homicide and one count of reckless driving involving a serious injury.
