In some areas like Lee County, people who handle all the calls are just returning to work. In Lee County, the company Career Source helps people get their unemployment application filed.

But right now, it only has one person answering calls because more people need to be trained and approved by the state to handle people's sensitive information.

Meanwhile, that one person answering the phones, Natalie Griffin, is working overtime. When Career Source does finally get more people trained and approved by the state, they are going to be working from home. If needed, the company says it will reopen its offices to meet demand.
