COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- Troopers are looking for information on a hit and run that left a bicyclist injured in Naples Thursday night.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, it happened at 9:45 p.m. on 39th Street Southwest, just off Collier Boulevard north of I-75.
Troopers say the victim was riding a bicycle southbound when a southbound vehicle hit the bicyclist and then fled the scene.
The bicyclist was airlifted to Lee Memorial with serious injuries.
The only description of the vehicle was that it was a Ford.
