LEE COUNTY, Fla. – AT&T has a new cell site on Alico Road in Fort Myers that they say will boost coverage and network speeds in the area.
The site is serving Interstate 75, Alico Road, and the surrounding community.
They say it will also benefit public safety and first responders on FirstNet, the public safety's dedicated communications platform.
It's designed to help first responders connect to critical information so they can keep you safe.
During the past three years, AT&T says they invested more than $3.2 billion in its Florida wireless and wired networks.
