LEE COUNTY, Fla.-- We now know the names of the suspects accused of leading police on a chase and eventually crashing into a Fort Myers home.

Theron Mitchell, Tyrone Witty Jr. and Antonio Burns were arrested in connection to the crime on Thursday. Police say they received reports of a suspicious car on Romeo Lane and the passengers had a gun.

When officers tried to stop the car, police say they fled, lost control and crashed into a home on Michigan Avenue and Pawnee Street. Police say the men ran off but officers quickly apprehended them and found a gun.

The driver, Mitchell, was charged with grand theft auto, aggravated fleeing and eluding, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, driving without a license and resisting arrest without violence. Witty Jr. is charged with resisting arrest without violence and on a local warrant for grand theft. Burns was charged with resisting arrest without violence.

Police say the gun found was reported stolen by the Miami-Dade Police Department; it will be submitted into evidence.

Police say additional charges are pending. No injuries were reported and the house had structural damage.
