FORT MYERS, Fla.- Matthew Marshall, who's facing Second Degree Murder charges for killing his father, Rick Marshall, will be held in jail on no bond, a judge ruled Wednesday.
33-year-old Marshall is also facing charges of tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a human body, after formally being charged Tuesday with the death and dismemberment of Cape Coral realtor Rick Marshall.
Marshall's next court date is May 31st.
