FORT MYERS, Fla — The Fort Myers City Council is expected to discuss the hearing examiners' report regarding Anthony Thomas' residential qualifying status on Monday.
On October 19, 2020, the council requested a hearing be conducted after Attorney Sawyer Smith submitted information.
The information Smith submitted was related to residential requirements to qualify to run for an elected office in Ward 2.
