Cleaning products are flying off the shelves at stores as people do their best to keep the coronavirus at bay.

The idea is to thoroughly clean everything to help slow the spread of the virus and keep your loved ones safe.

However, people should be very careful to not mix these household products because they could be hazardous to your health.

CLEANING PRODUCTS YOU SHOULDN'T MIX:

  • Bleach and white vinegar
  • Bleach and ammonia
  • Bleach and rubbing alcohol
  • Hydrogen peroxide and vinegar

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says surfaces that are frequently touched should be wiped down regularly. Click here for more cleaning guidelines if someone in your home is sick.
