This is a shelf cloud that was seen moving in from the Gulf associated with severe storms that affected Charlotte Co. These clouds are formed when rain cooled air with a lower density pushes into warm, moist less dense air and lifts it. As the air is lifted it cools and condenses forming the wedge-shaped cloud you see in the video. Shelf-clouds, while scary looking are harmless, but are often times are associated with severe weather.
