ARCADIA, Fla. -- A disaster recovery center will be open Wednesday, October 18th-Sunday October 20th from 8am to 8 pm in Arcadia at the DeSoto County Public Library. The library is at 125 North Hillsborough Avenue.
Representatives from FEMA and the state will be answering questions and helping people apply for aid.
