UPDATE 9/1/20 5 PM:
TD 1`5 finally decided to become a tropical storm, the name Omar, and will continue to move out in to the Atlantic. It will only be a concern to shipping interests and perhaps Bermuda where high surf may become a problem. Besides that, the storm should remain harmlessly out to sea through its entire life cycle.
