In a recent Female Financial Empowerment survey, financial services firm Edward Jones revealed that while 7 out of 10 women say they feel confident in their financial knowledge, 66 percent of women have never consulted a financial advisor. Women are not without financial knowledge, as they generally take care of family finances in U.S. households. But what about making long-term financial goals? How are women standing against their male counterparts?
