Stuffed Dates with Goat Cheese, Almonds, Basil Oil and Wrapped with Prosciutto
16 Medjool Dates, pitted and halved
1/2 cup goat cheese
8 thin slices of prosciutto, halved lengthwise , or to fit date
2 T. Vom Fass Basil XVOO, divided
3 T. Almonds, slivered
Combine goat cheese, almonds, 3/4 t. VF Basil Oil until well combined. Stuff each of the prosciutto and secure with tooth pick.
Drizzle the remaining Basil Oil over the dates, once plated
