Candied Sweet Potatoes
- 4-6 Sweet potatoes boiled and peeled - Slice in ¾” and put in lasagna pan
- 1 cup pancake syrup
- ½ stick of butter
- approximately 2/3 cup of brown sugar
- pour slowly until syrup is thick, add more or less if necessary, then pour over potatoes and then sprinkle mini marshmallows over top
- Bake in over on 350 degrees until marshmallows are melted
