John Baker grew up engrained in the Hershey Company. His mother, Joyce, was an employee for nearly 30 years and was instrumental in his joining the business. She secretly updated his resume and submitted applications for years without his knowledge until one day, he was offered a job. Over the last 28 years, John has worked in the production of the iconic bars and Kisses. Away from his day to day responsibilities, is a stalwart ambassador for the company, too. He even carries Hershey’s with him on vacation to offer to service providers. He believes it’s just his way of making a connection and brightening someone’s day.
