Dealing with the everyday challenges of fighting breast cancer and finding the strength within to continue the fight is no easy feat. Though breast cancer is devastatingly common, surveys show that more than 40 percent of Americans are unfamiliar with the day-to-day challenges of living with breast cancer, and 72 percent are unsure how to best support a patient going through treatment. Ford Warriors in Pink has been working to give breast cancer patients what they deserve—more good days—by offering free access to rides, meal deliveries, home cleanings and more. To date, they’ve delivered more than 80,000 good day experiences and dedicated more than $133 million to the fight in the last 23 years. This year, they are expanding their support services.

As part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Rachel Platten will help raise awareness about how to bring “More Good Days” to those living with breast cancer—and providing good days herself, working with survivors to create care packages for treatment centers and surprising a group of breast cancer patients and survivors with a singing lesson.
