Autumn is here so it’s time to welcome back shorter days, crisp air, and fall foliage. While autumn is a beautiful time of year, it does require a bit more of an effort to keep yourself healthy and happy. With less daylight and more time spent planning and partaking in seasonal gatherings (Halloween, Thanksgiving, etc..) it is easy to feel like there isn’t enough time in the day for ourselves.
