Recognizing that many people do not know where to turn for information and help due to stigma, shame, and misinformation, and in efforts to turn the tide against addiction in America, Facing Addiction with NCADD (National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence) recently launched the Addiction Resource Hub.
Up until now, there has never been a well-funded equivalent of the American Cancer Society or American Heart Association to battle the addiction crisis. This comprehensive new resource puts critical addiction information, help and local support in the hands of those who need it on their path to recovery.
Facing Addiction with NCADD, a non-profit, 501c3 organization, has more than 70 affiliates, plus more than 800 Action Network Partners, representing more than 35 million people nationwide.
