For the approximately 1.6 million people in the U.S. Living with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), a chronic, inflammatory autoimmune condition, facing new hurdles can be an everyday challenge. Especially since an RA diagnosis may be accompanied by feelings of uncertainty about the future due to the unpredictable nature of the condition.
Bestselling author Diane Chamberlain took her RA diagnosis as an opportunity to learn to remain present in the moment, which allowed her to continue pursuing her writing passion while facing her illness.
