Sophie Donelson was most recently the Editor in Chief of House Beautiful magazine where she brought a fresh sensibility to the nation’s longest published decor magazine. Donelson has held senior editorial positions at ELLE DECOR and Martha Stewart’s Blueprint and is an established journalist having contributed to the national conversation on design and living for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Departures. Donelson has also consulted for a variety of new media and lifestyle brands, including the women’s fashion brand C. Wonder and interior design news site Editor at Large. Donelson lives in New York City’s Jackson Heights neighborhood with her husband and two young sons.
