Sizzle SWFL Restaurant Week is all to help Florida Gulf Coast University's Hospitality program. A dollar from every meal sold at every restaurant goes to the program, to help further student's educations. That may not sound like much, but in 2018, that totaled up to more than $20,000 for scholarships.
To show off what that money goes toward education-wise, FGCU came in-studio to share what types of things students learn to make.
