FORT MYERS, Fla. — The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is bringing the fun world of STEM to families homes during the coronavirus.

Their Education Program is posting new videos to their Facebook page everyday.

They show simple activities and experiments families can do at home to cure a boring day indoors.

The videos demonstrate things like, how to build an air rocket or how to make a chemical rocket launch.

Monday through Friday, Program Manager Dee Maynard says they post exciting experiments for kids. Their favorite part is hearing kid's experiences from all over the world.

“They post their responses in the comments. We get to see the things they’re making and the things that they’re doing so it comes full circle. I get goosebumps just talking about it because I really love hearing back from everybody," said Maynard.

You can find all of their STEM experiments and demonstration videos on the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex by clicking here.

They say NASA is another great resource for similar activities to do at home. Visit their STEM engagement for families online by clicking here.
