FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla.-- A viewer sent Fox 4 this picture of a dead dolphin washed up on Fort Myers Beach. Lisa Depalma took this photo over the weekend-- it's the latest dolphin to end up dead in the Gulf's waters.
Last week, at least nine dead dolphins were found off the coast of Sarasota. Scientists at Mote Marine dissected the dolphins and sent samples to Florida Fish and Wildlife to see if red tide caused their deaths.
