VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — A reckless driver was spotted plowing into the water at Smyrna Dunes Park on Sunday.
According to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office witnesses say the driver was speeding down the beach in close proximity to several families and almost hit a child.
The driver was identified as Sarah Ramsammy and was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence (DUI).
