PUNTA GORDA, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol Officers responded to an ATV accident in Punta Gorda around 5 PM.
An FHP report says that the driver of the ATV, Chad Jones, 27 was driving on private property.
Jones went up a hill in the grassy field.
The ATV went airborne and overturned.
Denny Walker, 25 was pronounced deceased at the scene.
