A CVS in Michigan is facing harsh criticism after a homeless man who was locked in their store after hours is charged with theft.
Henry Brett - Schneider fell asleep in a blood pressure cuff chair only to wake up after the store had closed. Police arrived on the scene and arrested him after catching him with items from the store, a report stated.
Schneider has been arranged and is due back in court next week.
