Florida lawyer wants to add recreational marijuana to ballot in 2020

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Even though he's not running for office this November, lawyer John Morgan is looking to get recreational marijuana on the ballot for 2020.

Morgan put out a Facebook post on Tuesday, saying he's looking into starting a fund to get full marijuana legalization on the ballot two years from now.

He adds: “The cannabis industry is well funded now. Money won't be a problem."

Morgan considered running for governor as a Democrat, but decided against it.
