LAKE COUNTY, Fla. -- A Missing Child Alert has been issued for a boy reported missing in Groveland, Florida, a community west of Orlando.
2-year-old Carter Cox was last seen in the 1200 block of Water Willow Drive in Groveland.
Investigators believe he may be in the company of 33-year-old Rosie Cruz, possibly traveling in a green 2009 Chrysler Town & Country van, Florida tag N40-5SE.
Carter Cox is two feet tall and 35 pounds with blonde hair and gray eyes.
Rosie Cruz is 5'2" tall and 130 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
