CAPE CORAL, Fla. -- An apparent sonic boom had buildings and residents shaking in Cape Coral Thursday morning.
The rumbling was felt by many residents around 11:15am.
According to the Cape Coral Police Department, Naval Air are performing air operations in the area, which could create sonic booms.
The shaking prompted several calls to 911 in the area.
