FORT MYERS, Fla.- Two security guards on duty at Club Blu are filing a lawsuit.
They're taking aim at both the club owner and property manager.
They claim the risk of working there was not what they signed up for.
Steven Martin is representing Terry Pannel and Brandy Mclaughlin who were working as security guards the night the Club Blu parking lot was sprayed with bullets.
Martin claims the club and property owner put everyone in danger.
He points to the FMPD call log, "Since 1996 there have been bout 484 incidents where Fort Myers Police have responded."
The complaints range from "shots heard" to "in door drug sales."
FOX 4 News reached out to both the club owner and property manager but was unable to ask them about the lawsuit.
