MONROE COUNTY, Fla. -- A heartwarming rescue in Key Largo recently when a group of biologists freed a loggerhead sea turtle entangled by a buoy.
Newly released video shows a crew working together to save the trapped animal.
Rescuers cut a rope twisted around the turtle's neck and front fins to set it free.
Loggerheads can easily get snagged by fishing and shrimp nets. When captured in these lines, the turtle will eventually drown if they don't get help.
