LEE COUNTY, Fla. - Polls opened at 7 Tuesday morning for the Florida Primary.
In Lee County, voters can choose their favorite candidate in a variety of races.
The big races include Lee County Sheriff, Supervisor of Elections, U.S. Senate, U.S. House, local commission seats and state lawmakers.
Florida is a closed primary state meaning you can only vote on the races affiliated with your political party.
The polls close at 7 p.m.
