FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Police are reminding motorists to closely monitor posted speed limits and their driving speeds over the next few weeks, as they conduct enforcement operations.
According to Fort Myers Police, drivers in the city can expect increased speed enforcement throughout the day, but with emphasis on morning and afternoon drive times.
They say motorists should pay special attention on roads and bridges entering the city, and along major thoroughfares.
