LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Our Fox 4 Breaking News Tracker is following a large police presence in Fort Myers early Tuesday morning.

We found several unit at the scene just after 3 a.m. on the corner of MLK Boulevard and Evans Avenue.  According to Fort Myers Police, Lee County deputies asked police to look out and stop a specific vehicle.

The department found and then stopped the vehicle.  An officer at the scene says the person was then released.

Right now, Fort Myers has not said why they were asked to stop the vehicle, but we will continue to work for answers.
