UPDATE (8:45AM) -- FHP reports that the left Northbound/Westbound lane of I-75 is now open at mile marker 91.  The right lane remains closed.

----------------------------------------

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- All northbound traffic of Interstate 75 is being detoured approaching Naples due to a truck crash.

The crash is near mile marker 91 on Alligator Alley. It happened shortly after 3 a.m. Friday.

According to Florida Highway Patrol all northbound traffic is being routed off at the State Road 29 exit, at mile marker 80.  Drivers have the option of heading north on S.R. 29 to Oil Well Road then Immokalee Road to return to the interstate in North Naples, or staying on S.R. 29 northbound to State Road 82, which takes you into Fort Myers.

Or drivers can head south on State Road 29 to Tamiami Trail, which can take you to Marco Island and Naples.

The Fox 4 Breaking News Tracker at the scene reports an overturned semi truck is causing the blockage.

FHP is also reporting a separate crash 20 miles before this one, near northbound mile marker 71, happening around 6:25 a.m.  This one also involved a semi truck and a car.  At least three people were injured there, with one trauma alert being flown to Lee Memorial.

The left lane was blocked at that site, but has since reopened.

You can track live interactive traffic on the Fox 4 Traffic page.
