Williams said there were two arrests on Monday. One person had a gas mask in the event area, which is prohibited. Another arrest was due to a warrant.
Williams said there were three arrests on Tuesday, involving activists who climbed 60-foot flagpoles at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to hang an anti-Trump banner.
