COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- Detectives say they've arrested the man responsible for the murder of a Naples man who's body was found in the woods last week.

Deputies in Charlotte County arrested 42-year-old Kurt L'Heureux Wednesday after he was discovered living in a back room at a Port Charlotte pet grooming facility.

He has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder in the death of 41-year-old Robert Guyette.

Guyette's body was discovered in a wooded area off Bayshore Drive on March 8th by a homeless couple.  He had been reported missing in February.

Detectives said L’Heureux shot Guyette in the head following an ongoing dispute. The two men had been living in the same trailer at 160 Jeepers Drive in East Naples.

Arrangements are underway to have L’Heureux transferred to the Collier County jail.
