NAPLES, Fla.- Shortly after 4PM on Tuesday, deputies responded to a dead body found in a wooded area.
Medical examiners retrieved the body from a wooded area near the intersection of Bayshore Drive and Holly Avenue in the East Naples area.
This is an ongoing death investigation and more information will be released when an autopsy is performed.
UPDATE (3:45PM 3/9) -- Detectives confirmed Wednesday afternoon that this death appears suspicious.
