LEE COUNTY, Fla. -- A state-wide manhunt is finally over after authorities finally caught the suspect accused of murdering a Lee County man.
U.S. Marshals located and arrested 24-year-old Timothy Dortch, Jr. at a motel in Spring Hill, Florida on Thursday.
Investigators say Dortch shot and killed 41-year-old Tyrone Morse back on May 11th during a confrontation in Harlem Heights.
Dortch is now heading to the Hernando County Jail, where he'll be booked and charged with second-degree murder. He'll eventually be transferred to Lee County.
